Resumen:
El uso de la cámara oculta en el periodismo de investigación, aunque no es ilegítimo per se, sí debe prohibirse cuando el sacrificio de los derechos al honor, a la intimidad y a la propia imagen no va acompañado de la obtención de una información adecuada en términos cualitativos y cuantitativos.
Abstract:
The use of hidden camera in the investigative journalism, although it is not illegitimate per se, it should be banned when the sacrifice of the rights to honor, to privacy, and to one's own image is not accompanied by obtaining adequate information in qualitative and quantitative terms.
