Recent legislative reforms on ability to adopt and be adopted

Resumen:
La Ley 26/2015, de 28 de julio, de modificación del sistema de protección a la infancia y a la adolescencia introduce importantes reformas en la legislación española de protección de la infancia y la adolescencia. Entre estas reformas cabe destacar las relativas a la adopción, siendo objeto de este trabajo el estudio de una materia de especial calado como es la relativa a la capacidad para adoptar y ser adoptado.
Abstract:
Law 26/2015, of July 28, modifying the system of protection of children and adolescents introduced major reforms in the Spanish legislation on the protection of childhood and adolescence. These reforms included those related to the adoption, being the point of this work to study a matter of special importance as the related to the ability to adopt and be adopted.
