Protection of the non-marital family housing in the Civil and Commercial Argentinean Code.

Resumen:
El nuevo Código Civil y Comercial argentino regula algunos efectos de las parejas no matrimoniales, a las que denomina “uniones convivenciales”. Entre ellos, protege muy especialmente el derecho a la vivienda familiar. En el artículo se analizan los nuevos mecanismos previstos por la ley para garantizar este derecho fundamental, más allá de las contingencias personales o patrimoniales que sus miembros puedan sufrir.
Abstract:
The new Civil and Commercial Code of Argentina regulates some effects concerning non- marital partnerships, referred to as “partnership unions”. Among these effects, it has special guardianship of the right to a family dwelling. This article analyzes the new protection mechanisms provided by law to guarantee this fundamental right, regardless the personal or patrimonial eventualities undergone by its members.
