Resumen: El trabajo se ocupa de desarrollar la problemática de la propiedad a la luz de tres importantes sentencias del Tribunal constitucional italiano. En lo específico, resulta de particular relevancia el equilibrio de algunos derechos constitucionales: derecho de propiedad y derecho de habitación de la persona, derecho de propiedad y tutela de los deudores.
Abstract:
Abstract: This paper develops the problem of ownership in the light of three important judgments of the Italian Constitutional Court. Specifically, the balance of some constitutional rights is of particular relevance: the right of ownership and the right of habitation of the person, the right of ownership and the protection of debtors.
