Resumen:
La rápida expansión de la inteligencia artificial y sus múltiples aplicaciones son hechos contrastables. Y el ámbito sanitario no ha sido ajeno a este hecho. A nadie se escapa, en la actualidad, encontramos diferentes aplicaciones de inteligencia artificial en el ámbito sanitario. Ahora bien, hay tener en cuenta que, en ocasiones, estos sistemas van acompañados de ciertos riesgos nada desdeñables. Por este motivo, se hace necesario el estudio de una regulación desde la Unión Europea para reducir y minimizar los efectos perjudiciales de la inteligencia artificial. Además, se acompañará del análisis y exposición de los resultados obtenidos de una encuesta remitida a reconocidos expertos en el sector de la inteligencia artificial en salud.
Abstract:
The rapid expansion of artificial intelligence and its multiple applications are verifiable facts. And the health field has not been immune to this fact. No one escapes anyone. Currently, we find different applications of artificial intelligence in the healthcare field. However, it should be borne in mind that, sometimes, these systems are accompanied by certain risks that are not negligible. For this reason, it is necessary to study a regulation from the European Union to reduce and minimize the harmful effects of artificial intelligence. In addition, it will be accompanied by the analysis and presentation of the results obtained from a survey sent to renowned experts in the field of artificial intelligence in health.
