Resumen:

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad ofrecer algunas consideraciones preliminares sobre los menores de edad, los principios que informan la protección de la minoría de edad, destacando la función y papel que ostenta la mediación en el ámbito familiar cuando hay presencia de menores en conflictos familiares.

Abstract:

The purpose of this work is to offer some preliminary considerations about minors, the principles that inform the protection of minority age, highlighting the role of mediation in the family environment when there is the presence of minors in family conflicts.
