Resumen:

En este trabajo nos proponemos analizar las últimas modificaciones que afectan al derecho de visita o de relación entre los hijos y sus padres, así como con sus abuelos. En especial estudiaremos aquellos casos en los que los padres delegan algunos de sus deberes a los abuelos para eludir sus responsabilidades parentales.

Abstract:

In this paper we propose to analyse the latest modifications affecting visiting rights or the relationship between children and their parents, as well as grandparents. In particular will look those cases in which the parents delegate their parental responsibilities to the grandparents.
