L’attuazione dell’interesse del minore costituisce il filo conduttore della disciplina della filiazione, che l’A. segue con riguardo particolare all’esercizio della responsabilità genitoriale, all’attribuzione e alla contestazione dello stato di figlio e alla surrogazione di maternità.

Abstract:

The child best interest implementation represents the main thread of filiation discipline, analyzed by the Author with special regard to the exercise of parental responsibility, the attribution and contestation of child status and the surrogate motherhood.
