Resumen:

El propósito de este trabajo es analizar aquellas situaciones en las que los hijos menores se niegan a relacionarse con uno de sus progenitores con el que no conviven. Se trata de aquellos casos en los que no existe justa causa para limitar o suprimir el derecho de visita de los progenitores. Nos proponemos analizar las soluciones que se han aplicado por la jurisprudencia.

Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to analyze situations in which younger children refuse to associate with one of their parents with whom they do not live. Sometimes these are cases where there is no just cause to limit or eliminate the right of access of parents. We intend to analyze the solutions that have been applied by case law.
