El presente artículo tiene como finalidad estudiar qué debe entenderse por intimidad familiar, la intimidad de los cónyuges y analizar las principales intromisiones ilegítimas que tienen lugar en el contexto familiar.

Abstract:

This paper aims to study what should be understood as «family privacy», the privacy of the spouses and analyze the main illegitimate intrusions that take place in the family context.
