Resumen:

El transcurso del plazo de la prescripción adquisitiva ordinaria no sana los vicios de los que pueda adolecer el título. Su ámbito de actuación se limita a sanar la falta de titularidad del tradente. Las causas de anulabilidad del título se subsanarán por el transcurso del plazo fijado en el art. 1301 CC.

Abstract:

The course of the term of the ordinary acquisitive prescription does not cure the vices of which the title may suffer. Its scope of action is limited to cure the lack of ownership of the transferor. The causes of annullability of the title will be cured by the expiration of the term established in art. 1301 CC.
