Resumen:
En el presente artículo se analiza si la aplicación de la inteligencia artificial en el campo del proceso penal es posible. Y para ello, se hace un estudio de la progresiva aplicación de la tecnología al mundo jurídico y las problemáticas jurídicas y éticas que encierra, específicamente en el proceso penal, y sus consecuencias, para acabar reflexionando sobre si llegaremos a la revolución 4.0 en el sistema jurídico, es decir, si finalmente la justicia podrá ser impartida por robots.
Abstract:
In this article, we analyze whether the application of artificial intelligence in the field of criminal proceedings is possible. And for this, a study is made of the progressive application of technology in the legal world and the legal and ethical issues that it contains, specifically in the criminal process, and its consequences, to end up reflecting on whether we will achieve revolution 4.0 in the legal system, that is, if justice can finally be imparted by robots.
