Resumen:

Hoy no hay duda acerca de la posibilidad de que se pueda hablar de indemnizaciones por daño moral en el seno del matrimonio, bien por la ruptura de éste bien por acciones de un cónyuge contra el otro. En este ámbito resultan curiosas las acciones “heart-balm” del Derecho norteamericano.

Abstract:

Today there is no doubt about the possibility that we can talk about compensation for moral damage in the marriage, either by the break of it or by actions of one spouse against the other. In this area are curious actions “heart-balm” of American Law.
