Resumen:

El desarrollo de las FIV, y en especial de la gestación por sustitución, los intereses y dignidad del menor y de la madre gestante se ven gravemente afectados y ponen de relieve las dificultades y desafíos a los que se enfrenta hoy el Derecho.

Abstract:

The development of the IVF and, especially of the gestational surrogacy, the interest and dignity of the minor and her gestational mother are seriously affected and highlight the difficulties and defiances that the law faces today.
