El presente artículo tiene como finalidad analizar los acuerdos judiciales que, en los últimos meses, han establecido las Juntas Sectoriales de Jueces, así como el Consejo General del Poder Judicial, para fijar los criterios a seguir en el ámbito del régimen de visitas a causa del Covid-19.
Abstract:
This paper pretends to analyse the judicial criteria that have been settled down by the Judicial Boards and the Judicial Council in the last months, in order to determine the measures about the visiting arrangement because of Covid-19.
