Resumen:

La crisis sanitaria del COVID-19 ha tenido consecuencias en el ámbito del Derecho privado. El Notariado ha sabido actuar frente a la pandemia mediante la adopción inmediata de medidas tendentes a evitar la propagación del contagio y el mantenimiento del servicio público. Además, se han propuesto reformas legales dirigidas a la modernización del ordenamiento jurídico, facilitando el otorgamiento a distancia de documentos y contribuyendo al alivio de la carga de los tribunales de justicia.

Abstract:

The COVID-19 health crisis has also had consequences in the field of private Law. Notaries have reacted to the pandemic by taking immediate measures to prevent the spread of the contagious disease and the continuation of public service. Furthermore, legal reforms aimed at modernizing the legal system have been proposed by Notaries, encouraging remote signing of public deeds and helping to ease the burden of courts of Justice.
