RESUMEN: Este trabajo contiene un análisis crítico del redactado del art. 96 CC por la Ley 8/2021, comparándolo con el texto que sustituye y proponiendo un nuevo texto acomodado a las necesidades de la familia de este siglo y atendiendo a los intereses que debe proteger.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT: This paper contains a critical analysis of the new art. 96 CC, comparing it with the text that it replaces and proposing a text adapted to the needs of the family of this century and taking into account the interest that it must protect.
