Il lavoro affronta la questione relativa alla vendita di prodotti contraffatti nell’e-commerce soffermandosi, in particolare, sulla responsabilità dell’Internet Service Provider anche alla luce dei recenti orientamenti giurisprudenziali.

Abstract:

The work deals with the issue of the sale of counterfeit products in e-commerce, focusing in particular on the responsibility of the Internet Service Provider also in the light of recent jurisprudential trends.
