Resumen:
A lo que más atención dedica la Ley Concursal española en relación con el concurso de la persona física casada es a su régimen económico matrimonial, precisamente por las importantes consecuencias patrimoniales que este régimen puede tener en relación con la composición de la masa activa del concurso. Si bien esta norma se refiere básicamente al régimen de gananciales común en España hay también que ponerla en relación con la existencia de regímenes económicos territoriales de separación como los de Cataluña o Baleares.
Abstract:
ABSTRACT: What most attention is devoted by the Spanish Insolvency Law in relation to the bankruptcy of the married person is to their economic matrimonial regime, precisely because of the significant pecuniary consequences that this regime may have in relation to the composition of the active mass of the bankruptcy. Although this rule basically refers to the common system of profitability in Spain, it must also be related to the existence of regional economic regimes of separation, such as those of Catalonia or the Balearic Islands.
