Resumen:

El trabajo analiza la mediación con menores y para menores cuando se trata de aplicar el régimen de custodia compartida, estando dicha decisión por el interés superior del menor.

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the mediation with minors and for minors when it is to decide if the regime of shared custody has to be applied, decision that is based on the minor’s best interest.
