Resumen:

Il saggio affronta il tema della conservazione del patronimico quale cognome da attribuire alla prole in mancanza di un accordo fra i genitori. La questione, al momento al vaglio della Corte costituzionale, è anche oggetto di una recente proposta di legge di riforma. L’A. si interroga sui possibili sviluppi della vicenda.

Abstract:

This essay addresses the issue of the preservation of the patronymic as a surname to be attributed to the offspring in the absence of an agreement between the parents. This topic, currently being examined by the Constitutional Court, is also the subject of a recent bill. The Author wonders about the possible developments of this theme.
