Resumen:

Il saggio analizza un profilo sinora poco esplorato dalla dottrina civilistica riguardante l’incidenza delle sopravvenienze c.d. atipiche sul contratto di convivenza, ossia sul nuovo tipo negoziale introdotto dalla legge n. 76/2016, al fine di verificare se e in che termini eventi impreveduti possano incidere sull’equilibrio delle prestazioni previste nel regolamento pattizio.

Abstract:

The essay analyzes a profile so far not much explored by civil law concerning the incidence of change of circumstances on the cohabitation agreement, i.e. on the new contract introduced by law no. 76/2016, in order to verify whether and in what terms unforeseen events may affect the balance of performance provided in this agreement.
