Resumen:
En este trabajo se analizan las Sentencias del Tribunal Supremo Español de 3 de junio de 2014 y 30 de enero de 2015, que han venido a considerar el maltrato psicológico como causa de desheredación de los hijos y descendientes, rectificando la tradicional postura que impedía desheredar por este motivo.
Abstract:
In this paper there are analyzed the Judgments of the Supreme Spanish Court of June 3, 2014 and January 30, 2015, which they have come to consider to be the psychological abuse as reason of disinheritance of sons and descendants, rectifying the traditional position that was preventing from disinheriting for this motive.
