Resumen:
El Tribunal Supremo considera que la expresión “deseo que se le entregue un piso a Gema”, contenida en un testamento ológrafo, desprende la inequívoca voluntad de la causante de instituir a Gema como legataria.
Abstract:
The Supreme Court considers that the expression “I want a flat will be given to Gema”, contained in a hand-written will, shows a clear willingness of the testator to designate Gema as a legatee.
