Resumen: Este trabajo examina la regulación del derecho de uso por el art. 96 CC, incidiendo en los caracteres de este derecho. Concretamente, se explora la posibilidad de inscripción en el Registro de la Propiedad, además de su extinción en el supuesto de convivencia marital con un tercero en la vivienda familiar.

Abstract: This paper examines the regulation of the right of use by art. 96 CC, focusing on the characters of this right. Specifically, the possibility of registration in the Property Registry is explored, in addition to its extinction in the event of marital cohabitation with a third party in the family home.
