Resumen:

Il saggio analizza gli effetti del Covid-19 in rapporto all’obbligo di coabitazione e al diritto di visita del genitore non affidatario dei figli. Particolare attenzione è poi dedicata ai problemi applicativi della morte del coniuge per coronavirus e al diritto abitativo del superstite.

Abstract:

The essay analyses the effects of Covid-19 in relation to the cohabitation and the rights of visitation of the non-custodial parent of the children. Particular attention is then focused on the application problems of the death of the spouse due to coronavirus and the right of the survivor to live in the family home.
