The clinical decision in a pandemic situation

El trabajo analiza el impacto de la pandemia del Covid 19 sobre el sistema nacional de salud, con particular referencia al papel de los profesionales sanitarios en la gestión del paciente durante el estado de emergencia y a la posibilidad de limitar el acceso a los tratamientos de los pacientes contagiados en atención a la escasez de recursos técnicos y humanos. Las reflexiones tienen también en cuenta las recomendaciones y dictámenes de instituciones y el papel de la profesión sanitaria en la gestión de la emergencia.
Abstract:
The contribution analyzes the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the national health system with particular reference to the role of the health care professional in patient management during the emergency state and the possibility of limiting, in view of the scarcity of technical and human resources, access to treatment of sick patients. The reflection takes into account, at the same time, the recommendations and opinions provided in this regard by institutional subjects and the role of the healthcare professional in the emergency management of the patient.
