Resumen:

En el presente texto se analiza la correlación que existe entre adopción internacional, gestación por sustitución y el interés superior del menor, aterrizado en la forma en la que la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación en México se ha pronunciado a favor del menor y de qué manera se ha implementado en las leyes mexicanas.

Abstract:

This article analyzes the correlation that exists between intercountry adoption, surrogate motherhood and the best interest of the child, grounded in the way in which the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation in Mexico has ruled in favor of the child and of what manner has been implemented in mexican laws.
