Resumen:

A lo largo del presente texto vamos a comprobar cuál ha sido la respuesta jurídica del Consejo de Europa a la pandemia de la COVID-19. Ello comporta el estudio del derecho a la protección de la salud, y de cómo, precisamente para proteger el mismo, los Estados europeos se han visto obligados a tomar medidas que afectan a otros derechos recogidos en el CEDH.

Abstract:

In this text, the legal response of the Council of Europe to the COVID-19 pandemic is checked. This involves the study of the right to health protection, and how, precisely to protect it, the European States have taken measures that affect other rights included in the ECHR.
