Resumen:

La riforma della filiazione introdotta con il d.lgs. 28 dicembre 2013, n. 154 ha apportato numerose modifiche, sia di diritto sostanziale che processuale, al fine di garantire una maggiore tutela nei confronti del minore. Tra le novità di maggiore rilevanza si notano la parificazione della condizione giuridica dei figli e il riconoscimento del diritto degli ascendenti a mantenere rapporti significativi con i nipoti minori.

Abstract:

The reform of the filiation introduced with the legislative decree 28th December 2013, n.154 has generated several changes, both in the substantial law and in the processual one, to guarantee more protection towards the adolescents. Among the most relevant news we can notice the equalization of the legal conditions of the children and the recognition of the right of the ancestors to mantain significant relationships with minor grandchildren.
