Resumen:
La información y el consentimiento informado son derechos de los pacientes en ejercicio de su autonomía de voluntad que, constituye el eje básico de las relaciones clínico-asistenciales y forma parte integrante de la lex artis ad hoc. El titular de la información y quien presta el consentimiento es el paciente, si bien, cuando el paciente no sea capaz de tomar decisiones o se está ante un supuesto de consentimiento por representación, el consentimiento lo prestarán las personas vinculadas a él por razones familiares o de hecho a sus representantes legales. El presente estudio se va a centrar en el derecho a la información, consentimiento informado y en los diversos instrumentos para su prestación de los que el paciente se puede valer.
Abstract:
The information and the informed assent are rights of the patients in exercises of his autonomy of will that constitutes the basic clinical of the relations welfare and form a part member of the lex artis ad hoc. The holder of the information and the one who givers assent is the patient though when the patient is not capable of taking decision or it is before a supposition of assent for representation, the assent the persons will give it linked to for familiar reason or of fact. The present study in going to center on the right to the information, informed assent and on the several instruments for give it.
